Welcome to Memoravo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Memoravo mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Stable Vortex OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you do not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information. If your contact information changes, you must update us promptly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit the Service without our written consent

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., flashcard sets), but you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it within the Service.

We do not access, share, or sell your content unless legally required or to ensure performance and security.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Memoravo offers free and paid subscription plans.

  • Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

We reserve the right to change prices and billing terms. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Memoravo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or use them without our permission.

7. Location and Technical Data

To provide optimal performance, Memoravo may collect and use your approximate location to route connections to nearby servers. This data is used only to improve speed and reliability and is not shared or used for advertising.

8. Data Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy .

We process and store your data in the European Union (primarily Ireland). Where applicable, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other mechanisms approved under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect personal data transfers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts for any disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email (if available). Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance.
